I am doing my first all grain recipe this afternoon. It is a BIAB version of a vanilla cream ale. I needed 7 lbs of American 2 row, but accidentally only ordered 6 lbs. What should I do to make up for the lb I'm missing. Should I use another lb of Maris Otter I have on hand, or a little light DME, or say the heck with it and just use the 6 lbs?
Quick help please. Didn't get enough 2 row.

use the Maris Otter. 1lb in 7lbs will not be noticeable.
A cream ale? Add some more corn, rice or sugar. You could even add some wheat flour. Even corn starch. AG opens up the whole cupboard for adjuncts.
