So its that time of the year again, its my favorite! So what is everyone's favorite recipes, I would love to get one going so it will be nice in the keg by September! Thanks all

Well, you're just a little bit late but you can start one anytime you want! Do you have the ability to lager? My recipe is all grain, but I know there are lots of good ones with extract, too.

If you have the chance, maybe the search can find some. Mine is under marzen, some are under oktoberfest, and some Octoberfest- so maybe some different searches can turn up some good ones.

yeah i know I'm a tad late :-( I am extract brewing but I do have the ability to lager. I'm sure i can find some recipes but if anyone has one they swear by lemme know!

Long story short, you can do an ale version, but it's difficult to do with straight up extract+steeping grains. To get the full maltiness of Munich, a mini-mash is helpful. But it may still be doable, you may just have to get creative.

doesn't require lagering, even though you *do* have the capabilities to do it.
