Seems like a lot of hops for a brown, even though Willamette & Fuggles are both mild hops. I use about an oz. total of Fuggles in my CoC Brown. Mini-mash or steeping?

This is a recipe that i havn't ever tried. So i'm goign to follow it this time and document everything and see if it is to hoppy. But i've been drinking my wheat and can't wait for these to to finish up so i can do another wheat ale..

Good Luck, and where in florida you from. I got friends in altamonte and right off of 50

This would be the best time to brew in FLA. Leaves a much smaller AC bill. I spent a year in Dundee and lived in Lake Wales.
