I'd like to do an extra pale ale DME for my next brew, but add in orange peels and coriander (a la farrout). I've seen kits with LME for EPA's, but I am a big fan of DME. Can anyone hook me up with a good recipe?

You can do any recipe, just use DME instead of LME. You just use a little bit less of the DME, since it's more concentrated (no water in it).
So, for 6 pounds LME, you'd use 5 pounds of DME.
So, for 6 pounds LME, you'd use 5 pounds of DME.
