I am newer to homebrewing and I would like to do a maibock for my next brew. I know that these brews are traditional almost done by this time of year, but im getting a late start. Im wondering what the lagering schedule will be for a maibock. Any help will be greatly appricated. Im thinking about doing an all-grain kit from northern brewer.

A good rule of thumb for lagering is : 1 week for every 1.010 of SG.
Ex: 1.050--5 weeks lagering time.

Adds up like this: 1.064 SG
2 weeks primary + 6 1/2 weeks secondary + 3 weeks bottle conditioning + 2 weeks fridge= 13.5 weeks or ~3 mths. Their time is dead on.

if i plan on kegging, should i keep the keg at room temp for the three weeks insted of conditioning or is the conditiong time for carbonation

In that case, use your keg as the secondary.
The 3 weeks is for bottles to carb. You can force carb after the 6.5 weeks of secondary/lagering.
