I'd go 4" if I had it to do again. They look nice and tight....but it's a bit of a pain to get the tap wrench on the middle one to disassemble.

Doesn't really matter since I pour from one at a time. But I think it was 3.5-4" between 3 faucets.
3.5 from center of hole to center of hole. Wouldn't change if I could.
If I expand to 6 taps, I'll still have room on each side to haul kegs in and out without the taps being in the way.

I suggest 4.5 if you are planning large tap handles as they will hit each other if you go closer.

I went wider than most here. I just divvied them up so they'd be evenly spaced along the 19" or so of my drip tray. I calculated in a 4th tap in case I feel a need to add another later.

I see you have the CO2 outside the fridge. That is how I have mine (more space for beer).
