Hey, I know this post is a few years old but I tried brewing this one this past weekend. But I'm concerned with the yeast. I hydrated it before pitching and it started out fine but after 3 days it has gone stagnant. I'm gonna give it a week and take a sample to see where my FG is at. Hopefully my yeast was good from the LHBS.
