This is in the secondary with pellets for dry hoping thrown right in... Not sure if it's something growing on the side or what
Is this an infection?

Doesn't look like it. It's a tad difficult to tell in the first pic. The stuff on the ribs looks like yeast sediment. The second one looks like a beer in secondary that has been dry hopped with pellets.

The pics are really too small to tell anything, but I don't see any obvious signs of infection.
