Grain bill:

2-Row Malt 2 lbs.
White Wheat 2 lbs.
CaraVienna 10 oz.
Red Wheat 8 oz.

Hop Schedule:

Centennial (Usa) 0.25 oz. Boil 60 min. Pellet
Centennial (Usa) 0.25 oz. Boil 20 min. Pellet
Centennial (Usa) 0.25 oz. Boil 5 min. Pellet
Centennial (Usa) 0.25 oz. Boil 0 min. Pellet

Yeast (using starter):

Wyeast Amer. Wheat 1010

This will be a BIAB with "fly" sparge to reach 3.5 gal boil volume.

Mash:

60 min. @ 152.0 °F

Strike water:

1.60 gal. 167.3 °F

Sparge:

170°F

Let me know what you think and if I left anything out. I'm gonna brew it like this then adjust accordingly. I'd still love any and all feedback. Bonus points if you get why I named it what I did.
 
This looks like it will be a delicious American hoppy wheat. Let us know how it turns out! Moved this from the recipe database (which is for tried and true recipes) to the recipes/ingredients forum, where you may get more responses.
 
Good looking out... One of these days I'll get my thread/forum etiquette and posting locations down as well as my brewing!
 
I'm not familiar with the yeast - does it have a clean flavored profile or is it more clove/banana like some hefeweisen yeasts? With the Centennial, I'd go with a clean profile.
 
A strong fermenting, true top cropping yeast that produces a dry, slightly tart, crisp beer. Ideal for beers when a low ester profile is desirable.

From Wyeast site. Never used it either.
