Grain bill:
2-Row Malt 2 lbs.
White Wheat 2 lbs.
CaraVienna 10 oz.
Red Wheat 8 oz.
Hop Schedule:
Centennial (Usa) 0.25 oz. Boil 60 min. Pellet
Centennial (Usa) 0.25 oz. Boil 20 min. Pellet
Centennial (Usa) 0.25 oz. Boil 5 min. Pellet
Centennial (Usa) 0.25 oz. Boil 0 min. Pellet
Yeast (using starter):
Wyeast Amer. Wheat 1010
This will be a BIAB with "fly" sparge to reach 3.5 gal boil volume.
Mash:
60 min. @ 152.0 °F
Strike water:
1.60 gal. 167.3 °F
Sparge:
170°F
Let me know what you think and if I left anything out. I'm gonna brew it like this then adjust accordingly. I'd still love any and all feedback. Bonus points if you get why I named it what I did.
