I brewed an American wheat about a year ago. I still had a couple laying around so I decided to try one tonight. The beer was very carbonated and very tart. It had gone sour. But I actually enjoyed it. Has anyone else had a beer go sour and enjoyed it?

I have had beer that tasted like pickles, Some crap I dumped and killed a patch of my lawn and "the bucket". We do not talk about the bucket but the airlock went dry 9 months ago and I covered with a plastic baggie. The bucket actually scares me. It sits in the back corner of my fermentation shelf it has been there for over a year. I suspect it is vinegar but I have not cracked it open or messed w/ it. I may just leave it until the zombies show up.
