Hello everyone......I want to try to make a beer similair to Hacker-Pschorr Weiss. I got this info off Wikipedia:
Brewed with pure spring water, Hacker-Pschorr's centuries-old, exclusive yeast strain, Hallertau hops and 60% malted wheat and 40% malted barley. 5.5% alcohol by volume. 4.3% alcohol by weight. Original Gravity 12.5%. 156 calories per 12 ounce serving. Bitterness 13 EBU. Beverage Testing Institute Rating - 94 (Exceptional)
Seems like a good place to start, but does anyone know what Yeast I should try? I guess a Wheat Yeast, but any ideas would be helpful. Or boil times etc.....
Thanks, Paul
