i just did a second rack of a cider and it is real sour i made this same recipe a month ago turend out real good i mean real good did i say it was real good 9%
so i thought i would doo a full version the first was a 3 gallon so i doubeled the batch to 6 gal any ideas i did sanitize as i always do got no ideaas the one thing i did notice that i thought was weired was the yeast at the bottom was greyish
 
Did you happen to record any numbers for OG or FG? Also did you happen to change the juice that you used previously? It's possible that if you used a store brand they may have changed the apples that went into the batch.

I bet if you bottle it and let it sit it will come back around just fine. My main question would be what the Final Gravity is this time compared to what it was previously.
