Hey all,

Any thoughts on a mostly 2-row grain bill (1.065ish), 70ibus mixing centennial and citra? Except for an ounce for bittering, all other hops will be going in <20min. I've never tried this and can't think of a commercial example that has mixed citra and centennial.

Thanks!

I brewed an IIPA with almost exclusive citra hops
CHECK IT
It smelled like Cat piss at one week, and I was told it may be the early citra from bittering.
Smells fine now, gonna keg it today, but I dry hopped with 4oz of citra to kill the pee smell...

I do one with mostly 2 row, 8oz C20. I bitter withMagnum and then everything else from 20 min to flameout, with dry hops too.

I use Centenial, Cascade and Citra. Very good.
