Preparing hops?

Hi all,
So I managed to get 1.25 oz of Columbus for my first year harvest. I've dried them and packaged them and put them into the freezer to keep them fresh.

I want to know if there is anything else I need to do before I take them and use them to dry hop with in my upcoming IPA. Or am I good to go?

Excellent, thanks man.
Moose drool was very tastey. I had it about a month ago. My buddy brought back their line of cans from his business trip and we shared them together. I drank the last one Monday which was the Kolch Lager.
 
Yeah. It's not my favorite. I can get it all the time around here, so I'm not too excited about it. My buddy wanted a keg of it for his bday though.
