looking for spent grains in So CA

Hello

I am looking for spent grains in Southern California (within 40mi of 91350) to feed to my pet chickens. The fermenting process makes them super healty for my girls and you need to get rid of them so maybe we can help one another. They do not need to be dried but do need to be fresh. I am willing to pay a small fee depending on how far a drive you are from me, free is of course better since this is only a supplment to their regular feed.

I wish that you were closer to me, I could have supplied you with 5 batches worth of spent grains within the past two weeks.
It would be one hell of a commute to NY though.

Well if you consider moving you can look me up! I just can't seem to find anyone that is less the 3hrs away, but I will not give up there's just got to be someone out there....

Take up the hobby and brew your own beer. Then you can make all the spent grain you want.....

Just a thought. But really you might have better luck connecting with a few of the homebrew stores in your area and maybe the local home brew clubs. You will probably get more spent grain you can use.
