I am bottling my latest batch this weekend and I was considering Crash cooling the primary fermenter before doing so.

Is this not a good idea for bottling though? Will too much yeast fall out of suspension and not allow for carbonation in the bottle?

Thanks.

Ok, I re-did my search and I have found some artlicles that state crash-cooling can lead to difficulty when bottling...

So I won't do it :)
