Its not the worst water I've ever seen, but its got some limitations. The sulfate is very high. The sulfate content is OK for PAs and IPAs, but may be too much for a malt focused beer. The magnesium is kind of high too at about 37 ppm. To brew beers other than hoppy styles, dilution will be a requirement. Its not suited for a stout or helles, so start thinking about dilution for most of your brewing.
 
thank you martin! so, like a 1:2 dilution with R/O water for anything other than, say, an APA or IPA? but i don't need to add any salts for any style in particular?
