It has been far too long since I've brewed so I decided today to whip something up with what's on hand while keeping it simple. Seem solid enough?

3.3lbs CBW Rye LME
4.5lbs Pale Malt - two row
.5lb Crystal 40
1.25oz Palisade 8% @ 60
.25 Citra 13.8 @ 60
.5 Citra 13.8 @ 0
Danstar Nottingham yeast

Single Infusion, medium body, no mashout.

OG - 1.058
FG - 1.012
5% ABV
36.9 IBU
8 SRM

Thanks much

No. It's going to suck. Still, make it a learning experience. Ferment it, bottle it, and ship it to me for proper disposal.

:D

Seriously, I think I'd drink the heck out of that beer. :mug:

Why not save the 60 minute addition of citra for 30, 15, or 10? Use that tasty hop for some flavor and aroma.

If you haven't brewed this yet, then id second the motion of moving the citra to later. Maybe use magnum/warrior/horizon or some mix of the three for bittering? I think thats what widmer uses for their alchemy blend.
