I decided I should make a pale ale, less hoppy. Bad mistake, I've got to ramp it up or, I'm pouring out 10 gallons of almost tasteless beer.
Of course I can and will dry hop. But, I also need a little hop backbone. So, do you have any experience with hop tea and recommendations?
