I have an extract recipe that I want to convert and cant seem to find any information on muntons site for what the extract contains.

I need to convert 3.3 lbs of Muntons Extra light LME to grains.

Any Ideas?

4 lbs 8oz 2 row.
It'll be a little less colorful so you might supplement with an extra ounce of whatever crystal/caramel you use.

I figure it would be plain 2-row or pilsner. But wasnt sure. Im not worried about color that much. Lighter is fine.

Realistically it's only about 1*SRM lighter, probably not noticeable.

Edited to add: this also assumes a 75% efficiency in your mash, if you are closer to the 65% range you will need to increase the grain bill a bit.
