I got a quick question that should have a simple answer. Is their any problem using a two door mini fridge for a fermentation chamber? Two doors as in bottom fridge upper freezer. I was thinking just remove both doors and turn the freezer to a high setting and should be good to go. Should I be fine? (tried the search funtion and didn't see my answer)

There's threads on HBT about using side-by-sides. THe only negative that I can think of is temperature stratification within the chamber. Maintaining different temperatures between the top and bottom could require more ingenuity if that is your desire.

Cool guys thanks I'm trying to get over complcated hell need be ill seal the door on the.freezer and only use the fridge side Chopps
