I know that light can skunk your beer when it is in the bottle, but I am just now thinking (over a week into primary) about the effects of light on my carboy. It's in the corner of a closet (with no door), so is exposed to some ambient light (no direct sunlight). I was wondering if this can create some off flavors, I've put my brew through enough already, so I'd like to minimize what damage I can.

I've got a t-shirt for mine. Oddly enough it says lighting engineer even though it's job is to keep light out. A darker colored t-shirt should keep out the light very nicely.
