Just came across this really neat "Brewers Formulary" poster on the net.

I uploaded it to Costco for printing and stopped on my way home from work to pick it up. They told me I couldn't have it because it was copyrighted. They said if I got permission from the copyright holder, they could do it. Uh, yeah, that isn't going to happen. I've seen all the threads over at MoreBeer where (multiple) people have tried to contact the original guy and there was no success. That's a shame as this should be a staple item at your LHBS.

even on 11x17, it's too small. hmm....need like an 18x24 poster!

Got a near full page 11x17 print out. 10/32 side and top borders and 7/32 bottom border. of blank space. The rest of the page is a full brilliant colored, easily readable, ready for framing print This will go in a frame in my new bar build and another copy in the brewery.

I printed it out as 24" x 36" on the HD color plotter at work, put it in a frame, and it's up on my wall next to my brewstand.

Staples wants $48 to print it at 24 X 36!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ditto, except I don't have it in the garage yet. It's in my computer/hobby room in a poster frame.

Next I'm looking for the Periodic Table of Beer...

Got an email from CVS for 50% off posters. Not sure of all their sizes, but the code is "50POSTER". I submitted an order for two 12"x18" today (after some serious photoshopping ) that only cost $6.49 each.

I have split the image into 4 equal parts in case someone wants to print this on 4 pages. I printed each individual piece, cut a few borders, and taped the whole thing with scotch tape. My printer pretty much sucks but here is what it looks like on my wall. .
Here are the 4 pieces if anyone wants to download them.

Sometimes it's great to work at a printing company. Got it printed on our Epson proofer at about 20x30.

very cool. Have to get this printed for the pub wall...

Thanks for the CVS idea. Just ordered it as a 20x30 poster for $10. This should look great down in the "brewery" when I start planning my own recipes a little more. Good find.

There have been threads here and other forums for years trying to locate the posters to buy or to get the original artist to re-publish them. Per the posts - all attempts at contacting them have failed.

funny you mention that. I just talked to a friend of mine who works at a print shop and he offered to print it on corrugated plastic. :rockin:

If anyone is still interested in getting this printed, go to Zazzle. It's a bit expensive, but it came out great when I hung it up in my "brewery".
