Appearantly there was no color left in the printer, kind of screwed me over.
But some crayons for the 50 and random pencils for the badboy saved the day.

Altough this look kinda works, feels more like a lambic though.

I presume there were 9 hop additions on the 50 centennial?

Damn, didn't think about that, if I brew it again for next summer that will be fixed.

I use the network black & white laser printer at work, so I'm strictly a black & white label guy.

Some we put together for fun.

Just really getting started making labels and using Photoshop. I've had the program forever, never used it until about a week and a half ago. I made my first label (Irish Red) use photoshop, and lets just say I'm not posting it for a reason.....it was not good.


Here are my second and third brews:






I wanted to get some sort of similarity between all the labels so figured this would be good to start. Like I said I just started with Photoshop, so still learning how to use things.

Totally smoked by all these great labels .. great job!

Here's my first attempt. After looking at some of the ones on here, I think I'm going to put a little more space on the side (currently 3x4) and add a govt warning and "bottled on" indicators similar to JWS. Also might chop off the corners to make it more diagonal but I was photoshopped-out for today.

Did you have a chemical analysis done on that...it's supposed to be theoretically nearly impossible to get over 100 IBU's, needless to say 150!

Posted this up yesterday but this seems like the best place for 'em, put these Imperial Stout Labels together for a serious RIS style that will be aging until about Xmas this year (at least)

(Can't post images for some reason, anyone know why that might be?)

Finally corked up The Orchard, an 11.6%abv american barleywine with loads of citra and centennial late additions aged on apple brandy soaked hungarian and french oaks and finally dryhopped with calypso.
bottled with t58.

Here is my newest label which I created in Gimp.

only 3.6 gallons 12 750s and 9 12oz were all I got out of this batch and it's all spoken for save for two 750s for myself and a single 12oz for carb testing in about a month.

Thanks, Dave. I was only half serious about you sending a bottle! Any reason why you did a small batch or did you lose a lot due to blow off?

If i had more I wouldn't mind at all! Blewoff about a gallon and lost almost a half gallon to dryhopping.

Pretty Basic, but the drawing took so long I didnt feel like spending any more time on it

This is all my labels I have up to date. I have them printed on clear labels and stick them to bottles.
