I have a whole bunch of left over ingredients laying around, so I combined them to make this PM recipe. What do you guys think? Will it turn out good?
I gotta use the stuff, cause it is close to being beyond usable...

A pound and a half of Honey Malt? That's sounds like a lot but hey if your going for a american DoppleBock go right ahead. I hope you like it sweet.
 
I'm going to do it and call it junk yard dog, since I'm cleaning our all the junk in the cabinet. and yes Rich, it is a partial, just beacuase I got some DME and LME that have to go in it...LOL what the hell RDWHAHB right?

Actually, after reading the thread again That sounds like a sweet recepie. I have, however, just recently fallen completely head over heals for one of the hops most grown around here. Willamette hops! They are a very nice complimentry hop. I'd toss in an oz or 2 with the goldings and fuggles. Such a nice hop it is.
