Its clearly fermenting...do not bottle or you'll have a bottle bomb and a huge mess..if you are really concerned check your gravity reading...I personally would just leave it alone because many factors would be the reason its active...let the yeast do its job...
Wait to bottle. I would suggest 10 days is much too soon to bottle a cider even if the bubbling has stopped. Some (most?) ciders aren't ready to bottle for months.

Since it's only a liter of cider, you could easily pop it in the fridge and drink at your leisure. Of course it won't be carb'd, but still cider is good too. Take a taste, if it's where you want it...drink up! You don't have to age it for months if you want to consume it now.
