I brewed up an IPA on 7/31 and had a SG of 1.054. I observed fermentation occurring within 10 hours of pitching. I took a reading on 8/4 due to what appeared to be flocculation, came out 1.016. Took one yesterday and it was 1.015. Took one today and it was 1.015. I would like a bit lower FG, but I dunno. This is my first IPA from extract. Should I keep waiting?

If it's still at 1.015 tomorrow (or in a few days if you want to wait), then I'd call it done.
