Star San Dispenser?

I got tired of trying to find a stainless steel cart to mount my SS sink in, so for now, I just put together a stand out of scrap wood.

The sink has a full set of kitchen faucets, including a sprayer. While taking it apart, a thought occurred to me:

Why not add a Star San dispenser? A valve can switch between plain water, and a Star San solution. The sprayer could spray Star San foam, making sanitizing a snap.

Or mix it with Distilled Water and add to a spray bottle... then you spritz your ferment bucket and you ready to ferment...

I take my spray bottle camping, beach, hunting, plinking anywhere I think I may need to spritz a surface for food service...
