Want to brew tomorrow since the weather is going to be nice, and the weekend is tied up. Looking for your best advice! Don't have access to any brew stores anywhere close to purchase anything quick-like.

All I have on hand is:
20# 2 row
2.5# amber DME
1# Chocolate
1# Black patent
1/2# Challenger 7.1%
1# N. Brewer 5.7%
1 oz Saaz 5%
1 oz Pride of Ringwood 6.6%
1 oz Perle 6.9%

Lots of dried cascades from last summer
2 packets Safale US-05 (S-56?)
2 packets Saflager S-23

Only want to make a 5 gallon batch.
Cheers

Well, you could make several things. Just looking at what you have on hand a porter comes to mind. .5-.75# of chocolate, .25# or so of your patent, toss in the DME and then 2 row to whatever OG your shooting for. Your N. Brewer, Challenger, and Pearle would work well with the style I think.

Ok, so playing around in Beersmith, I'm thinking a robust porter, kinda a bit like taddy porter, but a bit different on the hops. 75% eff.

5# 2-row
2.5# Amber DME
0.75# Black Patton
0.5# Chocolate Malt

1.75oz Northern Brewer@60mins
0.75oz Challenger@15mins
0.5oz Northern Brewer@Flameout

OG: 1.054
IBU: 38.4
Color: 39.4

Ferment with english ale yeast, s-04 would do wonderfully, although I'd probably use ringwood on it. (WLP005)
