You should try to get a spot on the Surly tour. They open registration around 8am on Friday and Saturday, although I know they're doing away with Friday tours for the summer. The registration is for 3 weeks out, and usually fills up in 5 to 10 minutes. Be quick with that 'refresh' button!

I second the muddy pig. Just did a founders tasting there a month ago. It's an awesome place.

If you're not in St. Paul, go to Town Hall, or Town Hall Tap and order the Masala Mama , a damn fine IPA.
Surly for a tour, if you can get in
Dinner at 112 Eatery, call now for a rez

If you are wanting to take beers home with you then check out some of the replies i have in this thread from my visit to the Twin Cities last year.

All of the regular grocery stores only carry BMC style beers and 3.2 style beers. You have to check out the specialty shops to take home the good stuff.
