Wow, I just tapped this one and it is awesome! I love the malt flavor, the maris otter was the way to go - and it has a hit of corn. Very good. I'm not sure on the saaz, but the goldings was a nice touch. I am liking this one!
 
I'm working up a Corny Kolsch for next weekend's brew session. Glad to see someone else used a bit of corn. Here's what I'm thinking:

8.5 lb Pilsner
1.0 lb Flaked Corn
1.0 lb Wheat Malt

1.0 oz. Cascade (5.5%) 60 min
1.0 oz. Cascade (5.5%) 20 min

WLP029 German Ale/ Kölsch Yeast (1000 ml starter)

OG about 1.057, IBU's about 28.3
