Hi All,

I have had a coopers lager kit in primary for 7 days now and it looks like all the activity has stopped in the fermentor but do you think i would be best to leave it a while longer before bottling it?
 
You will need to take a hydrometer reading to see for sure if it is time to bottle. If u do not have one I would wait at least 2 weeks before bottling.
 
Thanks Clemson I have just taken the reading and it's at 1006, I'll check again tomorrow and see if it's stable
