I had a recipe I loved but lost it. I have been looking at recipes for a few hours now and this is what I have come up with after a few batches.

20 cups of coffee, each pot was brewed with 9 heaping tablespoons of grounds.
I have tried it with instant my wife and I prefer the grounds by far.

1lb of dark brown sugar
2 cups of splenda to equal 1 lb of sugar
2 tbs of baking cocoa

simmer for an hour at least let cool add
1/5 of vodka or grain alcohol and 2 oz of vanilla extract.

So far its very tasty pre alcohol taste test.

Bottled I filled 3 5th's and had 2 or 3 cups left to clean up.

It is a little bitter, next time I hope to plan ahead and cold brew my coffee, make a syrup with the sugar and water, mix the coffee into the syrup let it cool and add my own vanilla extract that I need to buy the beans for and a 5th of bottom shelf vodka.

so right from the pot i mixed it 50/50 on the rocks with some 2% its like chocolate milk with a dominant coffee flavor and a just a hint of hey theirs alcohol in there.

If any one wants to try it let me know what you think or suggest changes, right now I already thing less cocoa and splenda would be good.
