Running a second and third batch simultaneously. Going to see how well things work out with an ale yeast this time.
Pipeline building is a great thing.

My second batch wasn't bad... I'm not thrilled with the results, but I need to figure out what went wrong. In theory the second batch should been a reproduction of my first batch, but in a 5 gallonish quantity (gotta have QC through out the process 
). To top off everything my hydrometer cracked. Not sure how but it cracked.
