They are using them at the Decatur Illinois celebration when I saw them this am I asked the Pepsi guy about them. He said the the celebration hasn't converted to bag in a box and probably won't in the near future so the cornies are going to be used by them for the foreseeable future

If they are Pepsi, there's a 99.9% chance that they are ball lock.
