couldn't get off work in time to get to the homebrew shop today. work tomorrow too but I should be able to make it for sure. it's tied right now anyways. I need a winner
Pale ales are always good in summer.

Can you tell me more about this recipe? Where do you get ginger beet plant? If I use this, is it going to get bugs all over my equipment like if I was using Brett?
What does this taste like? Is it "spicy?" Any tasting notes? Thanks!
The ginger was nice and smooth up front, then got spicy and warming the more you drink. I absolutely loved this one. I couldn't get any real GBP in time for this brew, so I used S-04 instead. Came out wonderfully. Also extremely easy to make. Peeling and dicing the ginger was the most difficult and time consuming part!
