Right now, I have a mash tun and brew kettle that I can carry easily to the tub to clean. I'm looking to upgrade to something for less lifting and more control, but want to keep cleaning to a minimum. What systems out there have easier cleanup, or are they all about the same?

Unless you can spend big bucks for some kind of clean in place system, I'm not sure you can really reduce the cleaning in brewing. It's just one of those things.

Yup, unless you're willing to delve into some plumbing and get both hot and cold awter to wherever it is that you're brewing you're probably stuck with what you're doing currently.

Like bradsul said, it's a necessary evil.
