Picked up the hops for this beer in Yakima today at Yakima valley hops. Awesome price. $4 for 3 ounces. I'm wondering if 3 ounces will be enough for this brew. I have no idea so ill probably pick up some more tomorrow just incase. I've only had one of these beers so I don't really have much to go on. Any suggestions?
 
I forgot to add the sweet orange peel. Used one ounce of lightly crushed coriander for 15 minutes. Can't taste the coriander. Tastes like cloves
