Kegging 3 gallons in a 5 gallon keg

Am I crazy to do this? Do I use more co2? Or less? Is it the same pressure no matter how much your kegging

I have several three gallon kegs, but I have also kegged 3 gallons in a 5 gallon keg and it works fine.
