Hi all,

I am looking for an ML bacteria for my malolactic fermentation form my dry red wine (from grapes.) I was wondering if you had any suggestions. I am making wine from fresh chamburcin, shiraz cab suv, cab franc, and mlabec grapes.
 
I've been able to purchase the ML culture from my home brew shop.

There is only one ML bacteria that I'm aware of. You want it for dry reds and only certain dry whites (such as Chardonnay).
