anyone ever brew with this? or drink it? the place where I buy my glass carboys sells this kind of purified drinking water, so the carboys come filled with it. (they sell bottled ozonated water to offices and such). I usually just add a little starsan and use it to sanitize the carboy. I've never heard anything about it, so I'm almost a little weirded out to drink it. so, obviously i've been leery about brewing with it. anyone?

Ozone is slightly soluble in water, but water treated with O3 off-gases the O3 shortly after treatment, so it would be like brewing with regular water. One benefit is that if you had to chose between ozonated water and chlorinated water, ozonated would likely be the better choice for brewing.
