Not sure if you'd call it an IPA or just a really hoppy American Pale ale....anyways after close to to a month fermenting I bottled yesterday.
1.059 OG 1.011 FG.
One of the bottles cracked while I was capping so I poured the non-carbonated beer into a snifter to get a look at the color (it actually looks a bit brighter in person)
