Looks good. Consider using a dry English strain, such as WLP007? It will dry your beer out similar to CalAle, but leaves a nice character and flocs better.

That looks like Jamil's Robust Porter recipe from BCS, so you should be fine. We used WLP007 in ours.
 
thanks for the input on the yeast, just bought the ingredients today going to brew it on Sunday.

how long in the primary fermentor and how long for bottle conditioning?

Primary for 2 weeks, condition for 3. That ought to do the trick :)
