Partial mash.

7.5 lbs pale Liquid Malt Ext.
1 lbs 60 deg Crystal,1 lbs DWC Carapils,.25 lbs Chocolate malts
2lbs Munich Malt
Tettnanger Hops
Irish Moss
Wyeast 1338 liquid smack pack

So I let it ride as advised by all of you beer gurus.
OG 1.075
FG 1.020
From my calc. thats about 7.3 abv. (but I could be wrong)

Did I do good !? Skipped secondary. Kegged and forced carbed.
Two days later. This beer will knock your socks off.

Four weeks and a day.
I spent 18 months in Germany when I was in the military. (that's how I got spoiled on GOOD beer)
I can not believe how well this batch turned out. Just a 6 oz. glass has a good kick to it. And I'm not a light weight.
