Hi everyone,
I just joined up and have been brewing for about 6 months but I try to do at least 1 to 2 batches a week and am learning quickly but still quite a newbie. I just finished a half barrel rims pilot system and am getting ready for a heavy duty IPA next. Hopefully will come out to 100 IBU and about 10% abv with a lot of dark malt to balance out the hops. Im excited!
I build all of my own equipment along with refrigerators and keezers and have alot of mfg experience.
Hope to open a brew pub one day.
