To tip or not tip delivery furniture guys?

Do you usually tip the delivery guys when they deliver furniture? If so, usually how much? On the one hand, i paid over $100 just for the delivery...on the other hand, i am on the 3rd floor
 
At three floors up if you have much stuff, say anything beyond a one bedroom, I'd say so.
Maybe $10 per guy for a two bedroom, $20 for a three bedroom etc.

I've heard it's customary to give the tip to the head guy with the indication that it is the tip for the crew and he distributes it to the other helpers.

I suppose a cold 30 pack, and muffalettas or Jersey Mikes or Italian Beefs all around might go over well too.
 
The last two furniture deliveries I got, the drivers were tipped in homebrew. They were interested when they saw the kegorator in the garage, and had several samples as a tip.

These were consumed AFTER they got my stuff in the house of course ;)
