I have several tools from Promash called PilotBrew that were developed for the WinCE/PPC platform. You can get them to run on windows mobile but they don't look very pretty.
There are utilities for strike temp, hydrometer correction, and alcohol %.
You can probably download them from the Promash site or if you PM me your email address I can try and send over a zip file with them. It's 32kb.
