so i was distracted while racking my chocolate stout to the keg and wanted to shake to force carb. but i forgot to purge the keg before putting 30 psi on it and shaking. :(

how much is this going to affect the beer on day 1? how bout in a month? is there anything i can do to fix it? or should i just RDWHAHB.

I would purge it and then put another 30psi on it.

You probably oxidized it some, but as you filled it some CO2 was coming out of solution and displacing some of the air in the keg as it filled. As nepatsfan1 says, purge now to get out the air that's still in the headspace to minimize the damage and it should still be alright.

purged last night and again this morning...

the good news is that even under carbed it's so damn delicious i don't see it being around long enough for oxygen to be a super big issue ;)
