Gday all
I am new to cider making I live in an asian country that is dry ,I used a kit to make cider but it ended up watery with not much apple flavour .I tried to add some apple juice and start fermintation again but the taste was not improved. Is there any way to improve the appleness of the cider .Also I have another kit still to go is it better to put in apple juice than water in the brew.
Thanks All

Yep totally agree with Talcottsk, go the extra apple juice! I normally use an extra 6-8 litres in mine to make up the total volume. never had a problem with lacking taste then! I have tried some kit ciders with nothing added and yeah they tend to be a bit weak.
