Hop forward American Amber very fruity/piney but still malty
My first attempt at an Amber and I think it turned out great! It has a good malt backbone but the fruity Amarillos shine through. I was going to go with Amarillo to dry hop also but wanted to try out the Falconer's Flight I recently picked up...great decision!

8 Pounds American 2-Row (80%)
.75 Pound Crystal 60L (7.5%)
.5 Pound Crystal 120L (5%)
.5 Pound Vienna Malt (5%)
.25 Pound Victory Malt (2.5%)

.70 OZ Columbus (14%) 60 min
.5 OZ Amarillo Gold (6.9%) 10 min
.5 OZ Amarillo Gold (6.9%) 5 min
1 OZ Amarillo Gold (6.9%) 0 min
1 OZ Falconer's Flight dry hop

Mash at 154 for 60 min
